Cockerpoo

A cockerpoo is a cross between a cocker spaniel and a poodle.

They are also known as a cockapoo or cock-a-poo and are one of the oldest designer dogs.

The Pack is Important

Cocker spaniel dogs have above average intelligence, are easy to train and want to please.

They are happy and playful dogs and not extremely active.

They love being around their family, love attention and love being loved! Snuggle on the couch with them as you read or watch tv.

The cockapoo could predominantly have the cocker spaniel’s coat which will shed and will not be non allergenic but most coats are predominantly poodle – a single wavy coat with no undercoat – that won’t shed.

The color of this mixed breed varies and includes black, cream, brown, silver, white, red and apricot.

Health

The most common health problems of this mixed breed are eye problems including cataracts, skin allergies and ear infections.

These designer dogs are usually good with other pets in the family and live up to 15 years.

Cockapoos are cute little dogs who have a lot of love to give. Your cute puppy will grow into an adult dog who will love you and be devoted to you all the years of his life.
